Florida: online casino, sweepstakes and sports betting law
Florida players can bet on sports online with the Seminole Tribe's sportsbook and nowhere else. Sweepstakes casinos are under legal attack: on 19 August 2026 the Attorney General brought two lawsuits against operators and the payment processors they use. Online casino games are not legal, though we are still looking for a primary source stating that no online casino holds a license.
