Oregon: online casino, sweepstakes and sports betting law
Oregon routes legal betting through its state lottery. Besides keno, Scratch-its and video lottery, the Oregon Lottery offers online sports betting with DraftKings. Online casino games are not part of that lineup, and state law treats any gambling it doesn't specifically allow as unlawful. Oregon's gambling chapter, ORS 167, has no ban on sweepstakes casinos that we could find.

Not legal. ORS 167.117 defines unlawful gambling as any gambling the law doesn't specifically allow. Under ORS 167.109, an internet gambling business that knowingly takes payments for unlawful online gambling commits a Class C felony. The Oregon Lottery's games are raffles, sports betting, Scratch-its, keno, video lottery and jackpot games, with no online casino.
